About this Event

We are excited to bring you our educational program back in person and virtually ! Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation is a comprehensive seminar that aims to educate attendees, and offer support to those affected by or at risk for kidney disease, individuals on dialysis, people waiting for a kidney transplant and those who have already been transplanted, along with their family members and caregivers. In this seminar, you will hear from experts discuss current kidney health topics such as:

  • Advocating for oneself when receiving care
  • Offer support for caregivers who care for someone with CKD
  • Nutrition and boosting your immune system
  • Early detection of kidney disease
  • Aging and kidney disease

Additionally, there will be a moderated panel in which patients are given the opportunity to share their experiences confronting kidney disease, and answer questions from the audience. We hope you will join us in the upcoming Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation in person or virtually.
