About this Event

FaithTech Sheffield

A six-weekly meetup to bring together people who love tech and love Jesus. Each time we gather, we build community, learn from each other, and roll up our sleeves to work on meaningful projects that make a global impact.

October meetup

Join us for our next FaithTech Sheffield meetup as we explore what it means to be a Tech Missionary – someone who lives out their faith and helps others follow Jesus right where they are, in the tech world.

We’ll be joined by Peter Dunn, European Director of – an organisation that helps ordinary believers make disciples who make disciples. Peter will help us explore how to bring Jesus into our everyday work and relationships in digital spaces.

What to Expect

Our speaker from will share real-life stories and teach us practical ways that we can become disciple-makers in our tech workplaces and communities. We'll learn how to build meaningful relationships, encourage others, and live out our faith in simple, reproducible ways.

  • Meet (from 18:00) Grab some pizza and connect with others who love Jesus and technology. A relaxed space to make friends and share ideas.
  • Learn (19:00) Hear from our Biglife guest about being a Tech Missionary and how to make disciples that make disciples.
  • Build (20:00) Reflect on what you’ve heard and explore how to put it into practice in your own context.

We can’t wait to see you there,

Andy, Dan, Matt & NicolaFaithTech Sheffield Team
