About this Event
The long wait is over.... ROUND 3 is coming y'all!! We (The Hope Project + Faith RXD) could NOT be more pumped about the move that God is doing here in the city of Austin + for getting to be a small role in that bigger story unfolding ❤
Be sure to mark those calendars + invite your friends because we're heading to the heart of downtown ATX for this next event. CrossFit Central has graciously agreed to host our 3rd quarter event on August 13th. Shout out to Jeremy and his team for opening their doors to us!
Some things you can expect again: another fantastic workout, followed by getting refueled with some nutritious snacks before we break into devotional time - lead by the fantastic Trey Steele. Come ready to be blown away as he'll be speaking on the topic of Joy.
As always, we will have certified CrossFit Coaches ready to help you make any necessary modifications to the workout. There is ZERO expectation for you to be familiar with CrossFit or be a member at this gym to attend. Feel free to come as you are - physically and spiritually.
The FUN new addition to look forward to this next event is that we'll be concluding with worship! We've got a great local church worship team coming out to lead us in that sweet sacred time. Music is such a powerful tool God uses to move for His bigger purposes, so we are PUMPED!
Lastly, be sure to arrive on time as we'll kick off the warmup right at 9am!
