Guest Speaker, Laurie Short, will share about her latest book, Faith, Doubt & God's Mysterious Timing. BIO:
Laurie Short is a speaker, author, wife and stepmom. She is the graduate of Fuller Seminary,
and has served on staff at four churches over the last thirty years.
Laurie has spoken to more than 500,000 people at conferences, colleges, and churches around the country. Laurie’s newest book is “Faith, Doubt and God’s mysterious timing” (2023) and she has authored four other books: “40 verses to Ignite your Faith” (2019), “When Changing Nothing
Changes Everything” (2017), "Finding Faith in the Dark” (2014), and Grace-Filled Stepparenting” (2020).
Laurie has been featured on RightNow media, Focus on the Family, PBS, Family Life Blended, and Life Today.
Laurie lives with her husband Jere--they are recent empty nesters because her stepson Jordan joined the Marine Corps in the Fall of 2023.
