This training blends mental health education with a faith-informed perspective, helping participants learn how to recognize signs of distress and respond in ways that promote hope, safety, and recovery.
During this training, participants will learn how to:
Understand the impact of mental health and substance use challenges on individuals and families
Recognize concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicide, and addiction
Reduce stigma and reinforce that recovery is possible
Navigate sensitive conversations while ensuring safety and privacy
Identify meaningful self-care practices for themselves and others
