KCO.JAX invites you to the very first Pilates & Praise the kickoff to our Faith & Fitness series! This unique experience combines gentle yet effective Pilates exercises with uplifting worship music and encouragement from God’s Word.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, you’ll leave feeling refreshed physically, mentally, and spiritually. No judgment, no pressure just a safe and encouraging space to grow stronger together in body and faith.
