About this Event
This 60-minute faith-based High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is designed to build physical strength and spiritual endurance.
You’ll challenge your body with 45 minutes of dynamic interval training, while 15 minutes are woven throughout the session for prayer, reflection, and spirit-lifting discussion to strengthen your spiritual stamina.
