*** THIS IS OUR OCTOBER MEET-UP ***We will begin with a 10-minute “positive, encouraging” message from Jimmy (along with some brief announcements) and then start exercising.
You can either walk, run or bike … by yourself or with other people … at any pace and for any length that you choose. After you finish exercising, you can stick around to visit or depart until our next meet-up.
We will meet directly across the road from the lodge. Search for “Lake Shelby Playground” in Google Maps or Apple Maps for the meet-up area.
Upon arrival, look for our Faithercise signs near the picnic tables (across from the playground on the lakeside). Parking spaces are plentiful.
While there is usually seating available at a picnic table, bringing a chair will ensure you have a place to sit if you don’t want to stand during the 10-minute talk.
Our meet-ups last about 15 minutes plus whatever amount of time you want to walk, run or bike.
