About this Event
One of the many things to discover at Grimm & Co are the fairy doors hidden throughout the Apothecary shop. At last count we think there are 13 doors to find!
These doors belong to fairies who live here, some are portals to fairy realms, we even have direct fairy access to W.I.S.D.O.M. (Worldwide, Institute for Special Dentistry of Old Magic) where all the tooth fairiries go to train!
We invite you to a session where you can choose and decorate your very own fairy door to take home and install so that a fairy can move in.
You will select one of four door shapes, colour and decorate the door with items such as stickers, gems and flowers, write on the door plaque or sign the name of the house or portal and then make the residence official by writing out the house deed ready for a fairy to own.
This session also includes a magical potion drink at the end (colour changing lemonade).
Includes detailed MDF fairy door with small extras such as key or door sign, decorative elements to embellish and colour in your door and a printed house deed to fill in with key information about your new fairy door. Colour change potion drink offered at the session end.
Age: This workshop is for children. Minimum age is 5 years, due to small parts, but up to 18 years accepted. Please book a ticket for every child attending*.
*Adults must stay with their child for the duration of this event.
Please note that Grimm & Co has recently become a Family Hub Satellite and as such we will be sharing our sign-up data with the local authority. This notification is just to let you know about this and that we'll be sharing your young person's name, post code and date of birth for reporting purposes.
