Fairmont State University is thrilled to announce that Echosmith, the multi-platinum alt-pop trio best known for their smash hit “Cool Kids,” will headline the Fall Concert on Friday, Sept. 19. The event begins at 7 p.m., with Echosmith premiering at 8 p.m. The concert will be held outdoors on the Falcon Center Quad, with a special VIP Meet & Greet prior to the show. The event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required. Guests can enjoy cash concessions and a cash bar featuring beer, wine, and seltzers for those 21 and older with valid ID. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will take place in Falcon Center Gym 1. A decision to move indoors will be announced 72 hours prior to the show.
Echosmith—siblings Sydney, Noah, and Graham Sierota—first rose to stardom with their 4X platinum hit "Cool Kids" and the double-platinum single "Bright," cementing their place in both pop music and culture. Over the past decade, the Southern California trio has earned more than 1 billion streams worldwide, released three acclaimed albums (one being their most recent self-titled album in 2023), and toured with artists such as twenty one pilots, Pentatonix, and Owl City. Their collaborations span household names like Steve Aoki, Zedd, For King & Country, and Taylor Swift.
