This FREE, family-friendly event is hosted by HACAN, Celebrate Fairfax, and the Fairfax County Public Library along with Chairman Jeff McKay, Mason District Supervisor Andres Jimenez, Providence District Supervisor Dalia Palchik, and Mount Vernon District Supervisor Dan Storck.
