? Speaker 1: Nikhil Kolar

Nikhil Kolar serves as the Vice President of Content Ecosystem and Growth team for Microsoft Start, a personalized news and interests feed for millions of consumers worldwide. His mission is to partner with over 7000 content brands and individual creators to bring high-quality and diverse content to Microsoft Start consumers on Windows and Edge while driving growth and happiness for business partners.

He was formerly the head of Video Shopping Experiences at Amazon, where he established the product vision and transformed the team to grow video coverage, views, hours, and catalog by 3X. He brings over two decades of expertise in product and engineering leadership, online services, publisher monetization, and more.


? Speaker 2: Ekta Aggarwal

Ekta Aggarwal is the Head of Product at Docker and Product and Tech Advisor at GyftHint and Agile Data Decisions. She has 20+ years of experience in crafting strategy, building, growing, scaling, and delivering results for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C products in multiple industries including TravelTech, E-Commerce, FinTech, HRTech, DevOps, and InsurTech. She has experience working in Fortune 50 technology environments including Amazon (~ 7 years), Microsoft (~ 13 years), and high-growth startups.

Her passion centers around driving product and tech innovations that transform experiences for customers and produce breakthrough long-term business value for organizations.


? Speaker 3: Parul Shorey

Parul Shorey brings two decades of tech experience, building and leading high-performing product teams across diverse sectors like eCommerce, Marketplaces, Retail, Prop Tech & Live Events. After leading consumer product teams at Microsoft and eBay, she led product management at high-growth startups OfferUp and Compass.

She currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at SeatGeek, owning Data and AI innovation in Live Event Ticketing. She is known for navigating complex challenges and driving innovation to deliver impact. She has served as a Lead for the Seattle chapter of Women In Product, serves on the Product Management Advisory Board for the UW Foster School of Business, and volunteers at UW's Inclusive Product Management Accelerator.
