Dr. Kihle presents Classics, his fall 2025 recital. He will be performing the first movement of Two Mexican Dances by Gordon Stout and Merlin by Andrew Thomas, both on marimba, Canaries by Elliott Carter on timpani, Mourning Dove Sonnet by Christopher Deane on vibraphone, Rebonds b by Iannis Xenakis, Etude 6 from Douze Etudes by Jacques Delecluse and Four by Miles Davis with Mitchell Berger on guitar, Theresa Wick on bass and Dr. James Popejoy, Director of Bands at the University of North Dakota, on vibraphone. This event will be livestreamed at und.edu/music/stream for those who cannot attend in person.
