Faculty Development Course - Debrief and Meta Debrief

This three-hour course has defined learning outcomes and encompasses information needed for faculty to practice debrief skills and to understand protocols and models for Meta Debrief practices.

This is an informal course with emphasis on understanding the processes involved in debrief and meta-debrief. The course offers the opportunity to work with inter rater tools to evaluate and develop debrief skills.
