Facilitator Shadow: Embodied Constellation Training with Nir Esterman

Join us for an immersive 5-day training in Shadow Constellations: For facilitators, practitioners, therapists, and coaches who support clients in deeply transformative movements.
From Thursday, 5/29 - Monday, 6/2 2025, we'll gather in Boulder, CO to support each other and the integration of our shadows.
Our shadows are sneaky, and hard to access and work with through conventional methods. Our mind distracts us from seeing the darker parts of ourselves - but our clients, students, and participants can unconsciously feel the material that we're avoiding about ourselves, and it comes out in our sessions, workshops, and retreats.
Do you find yourself wanting to work with bigger audiences, or more aligned clientele?
Is there a sense that you're called to have a greater impact in creating the world you want to live in, but something hasn't quite 'clicked' fully?
If you facilitate the Deep Work for clients - through therapeutic processes, altered states of consciousness, or holding clients through their most vulnerable transformations, your shadow holds valuable parts of you.
This comes through (sideways, if not conscious) both in the darker shadows that can cause risk for ourselves and others, and the Golden shadows that hold our tremendous gifts that we've hidden from ourselves and the world. When we're able to integrate these, we create a deeper and safer space for transformation.

The Constellation Field is an excellent way to approach our shadows - with compassion, kindness, and presence, we can allow others to tap into the representation of our shadows, in a way that doesn't allow our mind to trick us in distraction.
Shadow Constellations (combining aspects of Family & Systemic Constellations, and Jungian Shadow Work) was developed as a practice by Nir Esterman, who has taught this method internationally for over 8 years, with 22 years of experience working with people in their transformative processes.
Nir is a very in-demand speaker and facilitator for conferences and retreats around the world. Before Nir developed and taught Shadow Constellations, he practiced as a Shadow Work trainer and an embodiment facilitator, so his approach is solidly grounded in therapeutic frameworks and the wisdom of the body, while now allowing for the Mystery accessible through Constellation work to provide wisdom beyond the level of our minds.

* Early bird: $1600 (April 16th)
* Regular: $1750 (after 4/16)
