Connect For Collective aims to support purpose-driven individuals, organizations, and collaborations so that they have the skills and tools for impact.
Are you looking to grow your confidence in leading groups, holding space, and guiding meaningful conversations? Join us for an interactive, IN PERSON, Basics of Facilitation Training, where you’ll learn practical tools and techniques to support group processes with clarity and ease. If you are working on important community-based change work or regulalry hold spaces for people in your organizations and teams, this workshop is for you.
The HALF DAY experience goes from 9am to 12pm and offers a training on the basics of Design and Facilitation. This will be full of great information, although much less interactive than the afternoon. As a participant, you will recieve the training and a copy of the slide deck.
The FULL DAY experience goes from 9am to 3pm and offers an afternoon of ineractive activities and an opportunity to practice design and facilitation. As a participant, you'll also recieve a Design and Facilitation toolkit.
Lunch will be provided for FULL DAY attendees.
