Glow From Within: A Women’s Skin Health Workshop

This nurturing workshop supports women’s skin health from the inside out, combining face yoga, skin-supportive nutrition and natural skincare in a calm, welcoming space.
Skin health is closely linked to hormones, stress, digestion and nourishment. This session offers practical tools to help you care for your skin naturally while encouraging relaxation, confidence and self-care.
What to Expect
✨ Face Yoga with Martina
Led by Martina, a yoga practitioner, this gentle face yoga session focuses on improving circulation, releasing facial tension, supporting lymphatic flow and encouraging a natural glow. The practices are suitable for all ages and experience levels.
🥗 Nutrition for Healthy Skin
Learn how nutrition supports skin health, including key nutrients for hydration, collagen support and repair, the role of healthy fats and antioxidants, and how gut health, blood sugar balance and hydration influence the skin.
🫧 Create Your Own Natural Face Mask
Enjoy a hands-on activity where you’ll create a gentle, natural face mask using simple, skin-friendly ingredients. You’ll learn how to choose ingredients for different skin needs and take home recipes you can easily recreate.
