Ramez Moussa is a Labour & Employment Partner based in SPB’s Birmingham office. He advises a diverse range of clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with particular expertise in corporate restructurings, outsourcing/TUPE, business recovery/insolvency situations and change projects.
Annabel Mace is a Labour & Employment Partner based in SPB’s London office and also Head of SPB’s Business Immigration team. She has over twenty years’ experience advising businesses across a range of sectors on all aspects of UK Business Immigration including the Points Based System and the EU Settlement Scheme.
