About this Event

Join us for class 3 of 4 to be hosted at Trust HQ at Pinderfields Hospital. (Follow maps directions to 'Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust HQ').

This session will include:

Realistic expectations - recovery
Early days with your baby
Responding to your baby
Soothing and ICON
Making time for you
Looking after your physical and mental health
Support available

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OTHER CLASSES IN THIS SERIES NEED TO BE BOOKED SEPERATELY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND.

These classes are for women and partners booked to have their baby with Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust or who see a Mid Yorkshire Community Midwife but are having their baby elsewhere. If you do not fit this criteria your booking will be cancelled
