Join us as we a learn to create a delicious seasonal meal with Alicia Colley using our ingredients grown at the Blayney Eco Hub! Our workshop leader, Alicia, is head chef at Enso and formerly of Rahamim Ecology Centre, Bathurst). Her food creations come out of her love of permaculture living, fresh whole ingredients, good health and a healthy planet.
