On 30th September, Nicola Cruz returns to East London for his first live show in some time. Playing 7pm-11pm live, expect to be transported through a soundscape of the Ecuadorian producer’s signature grooves and ritualistic rhythms.Since gaining recognition from collaborations with Nicolas Jaar in 2012, an original and organic sounding debut album Prender el Alma in 2016, and 2019's exciting release Siku, Nicola Cruz has made his own name. Although well known for a sound that draws on the Andean landscape, rituals and rhythms, his recent work, including a remix of Cromby on Phantasy, also sees him delve into darker club music terrain. This long live set promises to be an escapade like none other.
Nicola Cruz will be joined by Familiar Stranger boss Remotif in RM1. He will also DJ at a limited capacity private after show over in RM2 alongside Worldwide FM resident Paula Tape from 11pm-3am– make sure you snap up a ticket quickly because they won’t be around for long.
