*1 Hour Strength Endurance class - developed to get you stronger for longer! This resistance workout combines cardio and strength exercises utilizing similar muscle groups to build your strength endurance

Each week will activate your 3 muscle fiber types, work through your 3 planes of movement, and stress your 3 energy systems.
