Join us for our Annual F5 Project Golf Open!
This charity golf tournament will be held to benefit the mission of F5 Project. Proceeds will go towards programs that support individuals struggling with incarceration, mental health and addiction. F5 Project aims to disrupt the cycle of crime, addiction, and isolation through individualized care that fosters resilience and restores hope. With our mission as our guiding force, we want to create a space where every person has the opportunity to thrive, no matter their background.
Tournament Information
Anyone can join us for a day filled with golf! The tournament will be a shotgun start, 4-person scramble. A light lunch (burgers or brats, chips, and a beverage) will be available for purchase, dinner will be provided for ticket holders.
Team Registration - $500 - covers tickets for a 4-person team, entry to the green, green fees, 2 cart rentals, 4 drink tickets, and 4 dinners

11:00 am - Registration
