FREE WORKOUT! GOODIE BAGS! COLD PLUNGE + SAUNA!Girl, Get After It is hosting a Red Bull-sponsored HIIT class at F45 Training - Kingsgate. There will be free Red Bull Zero drinks, goodie bags with branded GGAI swag, and the chance to do a cold plunge and sauna session post-class!
Please plan to arrive at 5:30pm to check-in, sign the waiver and meet your coaches. Class will begin promptly at 6:00pm and run for 45 minutes. Cold plunge, sauna and refreshments to follow.
