F45 Training Pop-Up Outdoor Workout

Welcome to the F45 Pop-Up Outdoor Workout!

F45 Pop-up's are local, outdoor gatherings designed to bring together the community outside of the studio. This engages members and the public with a fun workout lead by our amazing F45 Coaches. This is a 45 minute outdoor training session that offers both F45ers and the people of our community a fun workout, similar to one we would do inside the studio.

This workout is 45 minutes long and will be a mix of bodyweight, agility, and cardio exercises designed to get the heart rate pumping. Suitable for all fitness levels.

You will need to wear appropriate workout attire. We provide the rest! Feel free to bring a yoga mat for the cool down stretch after the workout. The workout will be lead by our Certified Personal Trainers who are there to provide assistance, modifications, and instructions as needed. The workout is explained and demonstrated by the Coaches beforehand.

Please sign up here and be sure to sign your waiver! We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to park and meet the coaches and other F45ers! We will have ice cold water for you and restrooms will be available.

At the end of the workout participants are invited to stay after for the Rancharrah Sunday Brunch! *costs vary.

Directions:

-Drive all the way up to the main entrance for Club Ranchharrah, you will arrive at a gate

-Give them your name, as long as you signed up, you’ll be on the list!

-Drive straight ahead and park

-Walk around to the backside of the clubhouse, there you will see us all set up!
