About this Event
You can expect to workout INSIDE of the F45 studio with our team of coaches in a class of 45 minutes, which will begin at 06:30 AM on Tuesday 11 October at the Quai du Seujet 24, 1201 Geneva. Equipment will be provided and you will therefore only need to arrive in your sports outfit 15 minutes earlier with a bottle of water and a towel.
This event is totally free and for members only. Members can join us with a friend or a family member ! Be careful, training spots are limited to 15 participants.
