Erg Army is returning to F45 KINGSTON. This time not just full of Erg Tips to have you Erg faster, for less effort, but now to have you compete at HYROX faster, for less effort.
This event is strictly capped at 24 participants.
- Learn where to set your damper when you race to SAVE YOUR LEGS;
- Learn how to use the skierg to RECOVER;
- Learn how to transition on the rower FASTER;
- Learn how to create sustained power for LESS ENERGY;
- Learn how ro RACE START;
- Learn how to TRAIN the ergs MORE EFFECTIVELY in the lead up to the event; and
- Learn how to BREATHE and manage SWEAT even when you're a bit cooked from all that running.
This workshop is three hours long and you will receive the "Erg Army Book of HYROX Hacks" to have you implement all your learnings effectively into your HYROX training.
