About this Event
- The experts from F45 will lead a 45-minute innovative, high-intensity group workout that is fast, fun, and results-driven!
- Class is complimentary, but we ask that each participant please RSVP
- In the event of inclement weather class will be canceled
- Inclement weather notifications will be sent to those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays
- Participants should bring water, a sweat towel, and a mat if they wish to use one
