F45 Oklahoma brings you the F45 Playoffs: Studio VS Studio where everyone will have the chance to compete against each other in this version of the #F45Playoffs!
The F45 Playoffs is a functional all body, strength, agility and cardiovascular trial that tests you equally on all four disciplines and has become the benchmark for fitness testing globally!
Only 1 lap!10 stations. 45sec work . 15sec rest. 10 minutes total!
A chance to see how you stack up against other F45 members across the world! And claim the title for your studio.
We will have 2 options to compete in: Red ? which will be modified versions of weights and exercises. Blue ? which will be RX weights, reps - plus a sneaky coach demonstration.
We can accommodate everybody who wants to participate! Including those who are not F45 members. Come hang out and sweat with us.
There will be VENDORS, TAILGATE TO WATCH THE FOOTBALL, RAFFLES, AND CASH PRIZES TO BE WON!
