We’ve set out below some general information regarding the format of the seminars.

AM - Athletics

This seminar will cover the morning session (10am - 1pm) and will have a particular focus on three modules.

PM - Sales and Business Management

This seminar will cover the afternoon session (1:30pm - 4:30pm), and will focus on some key business management and operations tools to improve studio performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet other owners in your area and expand on your knowledge and skill sets, as part of ongoing training provided by F45 HQ for F45 Studios.
