The Northstar community presents F4 Nights; a free small workout group that is family friendly. The goal is to introduce men and women to the F3 Boot Camp style workout, which is also offered in the community, but is open to only men. F4 Nights allows couples to work out together in the evenings, which may be more convenient than the typical 5:30 AM F3 workouts.We meet every Monday and Thursday evenings at 8:25 PM and end at 9:00 PM. The location is in front of M.L. Carter Elementary school. There is a small playground for kids to enjoy, but there are no bathrooms.
F4 Nights Five Core Principles:
1. Free of charge
2. Open to all families
3. Held outdoors rain or shine
4. Peer-led in a rotating fashion
5. Always ends in a circle of trust
