😊The gym is located in Pelham, AL just off of US-31, 1 block south of Valleydale Road.
- Turn between Warrior Tractor and Pelham Diner, off of Hwy 31
- Take your immediate first right, (Behind Warrior Tractor) before goin up the hill. (Look for signs on the Little Mountain Business Park monument).
- Go down to the end and we are located on the left.

Each session will empower & educate you in new and different Martial Fitness, Personal Self-Defense, and Self-Awareness skills and techniques.
Sessions are centered around how Females feel, think and move.

What should I wear?👣👖👕
Sweats, shorts and a T-shirt, an aerobic-dance outfit -- whatever keeps you comfortable and cool. Go bare foot or Wear well-made Mat shoes that aren't too worn.
