💣 Drop the F-bombs drop the baggage! Hosted by Crystal Steele
This workshop is designed to help you shake out stagnation, release tension, and reclaim your true badass self. Through a mix of breathwork, somatic movement, and longer-held poses that target fascia and muscles, we’ll open the body, clear out stuck energy, and set your spirit free.
Expect laughter, movement, release and yes, some primal screams & F-bombs. This is your space to let it out, unapologetically.
At the end of the evening, you’ll also receive a special take-home gift from Beecons Yoga.
