It’s time for us to introduce a brand new theme for EXUBERANT EXPRESSION THEMED OPEN MIC going up @dialogphx on SATURDAY, December 27th!
THEME # 7 OF 12: “FUTURISTIC INNOVATION” - A glimpse into modern age sounds from local visionaries, highlighting work they feel represents the voice of today, tomorrow, and beyond.
CHALLENGE: Express your ideas, goals, and/or wishes of the future through poetry, music, comedy, playing an instrument, or any act that aligns with the theme!
This month we will be introducing a brand new feature! :
Eon Grey ( @if_i_fall_ / @eon.grey ), a dynamic composer and performer whose music pushes the limits of the creative process with his passionate approach to songwriting, singing, & rapping all while being a talented multi-instrumentalist.
We also have a FEATURE’S PICK for this show! :
Eon has chosen Stratus The Fire ( @stratusthefire ), a bold musician who embodies Christ with a psychedelic sound bringing together love and spiritual insight expressed through his lyrics while pouring out his heart through his guitar.
Performers:
-This event is open to poets, comedians musicians, instrumentalists & performers of all kinds.
-Bring an original song, cover, chant, , choreography, magic trick or any special act that aligns with the theme!
-Only 20 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Please limit your performance to under 5 minutes to ensure everyone has a chance to perform. 👍🏽
