About this Event

Join the live studio audience for a taping of "Extreme Makeover: Wall Street Edition", the best (and only?) fake reality TV show about finance! Co-hosts Allison Bishop and Christina Frederick will put some new glow on a finance bro.

Entrepreneur, consultant, and executive coach Allison Bishop is responsible for shortening “Finance” to “Fin” in “FinTech.” She got her start in extreme branding in elementary school when she dressed up as “the stock market crash of 1929” for Halloween. “If you don’t crash sometimes,” she still says, “you’re not flying high enough!” As a college student majoring in public relations and crisis management , she penned the theme to the short-lived uplifting sitcom series, “Enron: The Musical.” After graduating, she briefly joined Mckinsey & Company, where she collaborated on the design of Pete Buttigieg. In 2007, she started her own consultancy firm, and has since helped shepherd the brands of such well-regarded clients as Lehman Brothers, Bernie Madoff, and Long Blockchain Corp. (formerly Long Island Iced Tea Corp.) Her favorite hobbies are meditating while multi-tasking and chess-boxing.

Interior designer, fashion stylist, and lifestyle coach Christina Frederick is in charge of making sure every client looks and feels like a million bitcoins. A native of PG County, Maryland, she began experimenting with styling her own dog at home as a teenager. That interest in canine couture led her to Gucci (and their short-lived line of fur-based canine accessories). After she graduated from University of Maryland, she worked as a freelancer and redecorated the White House in off-white. But she's probably best known for her web series "Say No to the Dress," which is just about the funniest glass-eye-fashion-themed thing you'll find on the World Wide Web. She also handles most of the dating dilemmas on Extreme Makeover: Wall Street Edition, and boy is she good at it! She has a penchant for gluten-free craft-making too.
