Hi my name is Laura and I am a Music Therapist and Sound Healer and I have been practicing healing through the powerful energies of music for a number of years.I have a Masters in music therapy, diplomas in Sound Healing, meditation teaching and am a professional musician. Through the use of the healing frequencies of singing bowls and percussion instruments I hold Sound Baths for individuals and groups. These sessions are warm and cosy sensory experiences. Whilst you lie in a meditative state feel the vibrations wash over you from the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, dragon frequency chimes and water sounds created on percussive instruments.
This session is one of our extra long sound baths, one and a half hours where we have a wider selection of instruments and more time to reach a deeply meditative and restorative state to help calm the nervous system. £18
