SDT Spring Conference 2025: Extending the shelf life of your dairy products

Our Spring Conference 2025 includes presentations from ingredient, processing equipment companies, researchers and chemical suppiers to the industry, informing on new developments and technologies to extend the shelf life of dairy products thereby driving the industry forward. The venue at University of Nottingham offers excellent facilities to house the event and delegates will also have an opportunity to visit a local dairy processing site in the region the previous day.

The programme is a suitable a range of backgrounds including: Technical, Product Development, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Research functions in the Dairy Industry and allied industries (ingredient, equipment, chemical suppliers and retailers).
