Join me for a two hour extended practice where our theme is BALANCEWe'll be working with the concept of achieving equilibrium or balance in multiple ways: physical stability in poses, mental clarity by focusing attention and harmonious alignment of opposing forces, like effort and ease, strength and flexibility, and the external world with inner peace.
It's not just about physical balance; we'll explore the integration of mind, body and spirit to foster a deeper sense of harmony.
Suitable for all levels of experience as options will be given but please get in touch in advance if you have any particular health or physical conditions that affect your movement.
