Full moon, spirits, mysteryLadies and Gentlemen, Shes and Hes, Theys and Thems, you're cordially invited to join us on the full moon, Nov. 6, from 6 - 8 p.m. for an evening of fun, frivolity, mystery and parlor games at Sleepwalker Spirits & Ale in REO Town. Everyone is welcome to gather for this free, truly creative, mixer inspired by the 1920's surrealist collaborative drawing game, Exquisite Corpse.
What's in a name
What is Exquisite Corpse you ask? It was defined as “a game in which several people compose a phrase or drawing together, folding the paper so that no one can see the previous collaboration or collaborations. The now-classic example, which gave the game its name, was the first phrase created in this method: the exquisite-corpse-drank-the new-wine.”
Participate in the artistry
We can't do it without you! We invite all Arts Council members who are interested to be collaborators. If you would like to take part in this drawing game, contact Taylor Haslett for more info and to be signed up as an official game participant. We will provide the paper, you bring your favorite drawing utensil.

Let the evening unfold
6 - 6:30 p.m. -- arrive, mix and mingle. Sleepwalker has a full delicious menu available for you to partake of if you so desire.
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. -- let the drawing commence. There will be three 15-minute drawing sessions for artists to create their sections.
7:30 - 8:00 p.m. -- reveal of the final drawings, Q&A, discussion.
