Then thanks to Manx Lottery Trust funding, Without Wings, The Manx Autoimmune Trust is delighted to announce the SECOND in a series of NINE Be Well & Stay Connected gentle, chair-based workshops... all in a friendly environment with a chance for cup of tea and catch-up...
For NOVEMBER we're therefore delighted to welcome back...
Expressive movement for mobility - a relaxing, feel-good session led by Olwen Maurer (adapted dance and developmental movement specialist) and Owen Atkinson (poet and dancer).
This isn't a fitness class - just a gentle space where you'll be guided to move, express and reconnect in your own way.
No pressure and no experience needed - just come as you are. All bodies and energy levels welcome.
All activities can be done from a chair though some may have a standing option if you're able. You are also very welcome to bring along a supportive friend or family member (though please remember to book them a free ticket too!).
Remember! If you book a ticket and later find you can't make it, do let us know so we can offer your ticket to someone else!
