Recognizing that grief and loss can touch us in many ways which include death of a loved one, loss of a significant relationship, loss of our health and identity, a pet and so much more.
While acknowledging there is nothing to fix and no one right way to grieve, we can honor grief and cultivate supportive connections as we learn to walk into a different way of living that can hold our grief.
Where there is loss, there is a gaping hole and significant pain, which we can use to grow into a new life.
This 6 week group work incorporates creative expression, breathwork, mindfulness meditations and relaxation techniques for the purpose of self care and healing. This work provides opportunity to share within a group setting & no art of meditation experience is required.
Groups are small, nurturing and friendly.
