Join us at the Creative Arts Therapies Space CIC for a calm and creative morning surrounded by flowers, colour, and good company.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, explore your own style, and let go of perfectionism through the gentle practice of floral art. Together, we’ll move through simple flower arranging, mindful drawing exercises, and a supported painting session.
Enjoy tea, coffee and nibbles as we create in a relaxed, welcoming space that encourages self-expression and calm.
No art experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a love for beautiful things.
