Expressive Creative Writing for Survivors

Come join local nonprofit Survivors RISE at Craft Nights for a recurring, biweekly event focused on Expressive Creative Writing for survivors of sexual violence. This is a safe space where you can explore your feelings, experiences, and stories through the power of words.

This event is open to everyone looking to express themselves through writing. You do not need to bring anything to work on (although you can if you want- it's pretty laid back!). We will have a prompt for you that's new every week, and your journal is your safe space! We never force anyone to share, and we support you in sharing out loud or keeping your words on the page.

Let your creativity flow and connect with others who share similar journeys. Share as much or little as you are comfortable with! We hope to see you there!
