Expressive Arts Studio: Connecting With the Creative Process Take the time to open the window to your creative side. Go wild with color, texture, movement, or sound and your creative process! In this introductory class , we will explore an open expressive arts studio to combine uninhibited artmaking with thoughtful writing and reflection. In creating a safe space, free of any comment or criticism, we will provide you with a healthy environment to access your inner wisdom and explore and expand your intuition. No prior art or writing experience is necessary - just an open mind. In this time, we will have a simple orientation, and a guided process then time for you to independently explore through movement, writing, drawing, painting, and simple sculpture materials. We will finish by coming back to the circle to share our experiences. Support and guidance is available throughout
