Rachel 畢業於香港大學表達藝術治療碩士，現正於歐洲研究院修讀表達藝術治療博士。她在香港的學校、社福機構和醫院等地有7年工作經驗，包括向有需要人士提供社工輔導和表達藝術治療服務。同時，Rachel亦在北京、上海、深圳等地舉辦表達藝術治療工作坊和培訓。近年因對表達藝術的獨有灰癒力量深有體會，Rachel希望能把表達藝術治療從傳統輔導房間帶到更大的社區，讓更多人能透過表達藝術獲得療癒。
