Starting Thursday, August 14, join us every 2nd & 4th Thursday from 5:30–7:30 PM for a creative evening of self-expression, relaxation, and connection.

We'll begin each class with a grounding tea ritual 🍵, followed by a short meditation + breathwork to drop into our bodies and awaken our inner artist.

Each session will offer a new exploration of materials and techniques — from painting and drawing to working with flowers and found objects. No art experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to play 💫
