About this Event
The throat chakra is the house of our authentic communication, expression and creativity.
It is the place where we sing the song of our soul out to the world. This ‘singing’ is expressed in many different creative ways. How do you express your own unique song?
Our words, and the intention behind them, hold vibrations and therefore impact our entire being. When we complain, gossip, lie, or talk negatively, it is as though we are putting toxins into our bodies and into our energy systems. The negative energy of our words also affects other people. It also reduces our vibration and the energy around us.
This is a mantra dance where we weave mantra and movement. A time to express your unique vibration.
We will start with a tea ceremony before moving into dancing with angels in the etheric Dance of Expression. This will help to balance the throat chakra. When our throat chakra is balanced, we are able to creatively express our inner truth.
After the Dance of Expression, we will pour all of that beautiful energy into a Mandala artwork.
We will finish with a closing meditation and oracle cards.
To help support us on this Journey, we will be working with Essential Oils and Bush Flower Essences.
In Sanskrit, the name for the Throat Chakra is ‘Vissudha’ which translates to ‘purification’. To purify the throat is to be mindful of both the purpose and content of our words.
Dancing knowledge isn't needed. Just close your eyes and let the journey take you wherever you need to go.

What to bring: a bottle of water and something for the sacred alter
What to wear: comfortable clothes and as the colour of the throat chakra is sky blue, you may want to bring in a splash of blue or a whole outfit.
