Center in Xawery Wolski’s work is never absolute. It trembles, gathers, steadies,

recedes. It is provisional. A little unstable. Alive. His globes and circles are not

symbols of perfection but acts of repetition—thread wound until form appears,

balance sustained only through devotion. The exhibition title, Center

Can Hold, is less declaration than invitation. To hold the center is to choose presence,

to resist collapse, to return to rhythm in a time of fracture. It suggests gravity

made fragile, endurance remade by hand. It is less about stillness than about

persistence: the quiet work of form against dispersal.
