Across from Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Novi is the biggest shopping area in Michigan.
Disability agencies exhibit free. Reserve space in advance, insurance required. Please help post on all social media, email invite everyone to visit.

About 150 exhibitors spaces 10 x 10 every weekend. Attend 1 or more weekends, set up your store, don't have to take down.
Direct Sales Brands exhibitors, limited to one person from each brand.
Anyone selling home made food products are required to provide mall owner one million dollars insurance.
SET UP 2 tables, chairs, tablecloths, set up ready when you arrive, $175 each weekend.
Exhibitors spaces with 2 tables, chairs, tablecloths, set up ready when you arrive,
$499 total for all dates 2021.
Please, print EVENTBRITE ticket / receipt if you paid for tables, chairs or table cloths.

10) Set up Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2-6 pm, Saturdays 9:30 am. Unload back door only.
11) ALL exhibitors unload at back door only
12) 2 for 1 Admission coupons, make copies, email, ALL VENDORS and performers post online
13) Direct Sales first person to reserve all 4 weekends
14) Exhibitors required to collect sales tax or claim income on your personal taxes
15) No sale of alcohol or drug related items
16) No guns, knives, weapons, explosives, fireworks, open flames at events or on property. No ccw. Posted
17) Abusive behavior by vendors will be termination and asked to leave, No Refund
18) Oakland County Business Association Inc Michigan, & property owner not liable for failure to fulfill this contract due to reasons
of location event held before or during event if destroyed by fire, other calamity, acts of nature, weather, public enemy, strike,
pandemic, ordinances or other legal authority beyond control.
19) Including negligence, shall OCBA Inc, and property owner, associates, families be not liable direct, indirect, special,
consequential damages resulting from attending these events
20) If any section, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this contract is for any reason found invalid or unconstitutional by any court
of in Oakland County, MI, such portion shall not affect the validity of remaining contract
21) This is a legally binding contract to exhibit EXPO MICHIGAN MARKETPLACE 2021 for dates listed. Legal disputes, exhibitor liable
for legal expenses incurred by OCBA Inc Michigan, and property owner will be handled in court in Oakland County, MI
22) 2021 events inside a big retail store 30,000 square feet, 10 x 10 spaces, West Oaks Shopping Center, Novi Road, Novi, MI
23) Admission is $5 CASH ONLY per person.
24) $5 DISCOUNT shoppers redeem $5 admission ticket for $5 DISCOUNT on $30 retail. Limit 1 coupon or discount per transaction. Many people will want to redeem their paid admission ticket. Vendors redeem tickets to cashier for $2.50 reimbursed each $5 DISCOUNT offered, proof of sale required.
25) SET UP includes 2 eight foot tables, chairs, tablecloths, set up ready. Unload back door only
All exhibitors please keep EXPO MICHIGAN marketplace and restrooms clean. Everyone asked to help clean daily.
