About this Event
Workshop: Exploring your Strengths: Learn (and love!) your Unique Talents
Who are YOU at your best? What drives and motivates YOU? What’s your superpower? What’s your Talent DNA? This affirming and interactive workshop is a perfect introduction to your individual strengths, and you will obtain the tools needed to better understand your natural talents. Your Natural Talents = your Top 5 CliftonStrengths®. These talents describe what you naturally do best or where you may need help from others to accomplish goals and/or tasks.
Developing strengths leads to consistent, near perfect performance. Being your best self means playing to your strengths at work and everywhere else. Prior to the workshop, you will have the opportunity to take the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment, a best-in-class analysis of your unique pattern of thought, feeling, and behavior.
And during the workshop, your Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach will help you identify how your strengths help or hinder success, help you identify strength-based goals for year, and how to leverage our strengths as leaders. You will walk away with a greater awareness of and appreciation for your unique talents.
This workshop is designed for any member who has never taken the CliftonStrengths assessment before or gone through CliftonStrengths Coaching. The session is limited to 24 participants.
